Bantwal, Jul 23: Robbers targeted a wine shop near B C Road - Polali entrance road here in the intervening hours of  Wednesday July 21 and Thursday July 22.

The incident came to light on Thursday morning. The robbers gained entry into the shop breaking open the shutter door locks despite strict police vigil in the area.

Thieves have decamped wit small amount of cash and few liquor bottles. Police said that the act has been undertaken by professional robbers.
