Mangalore, Jul 24: Nithya Sahaya Matha High School, Farangipet, celebrated the inaugural of it ruby jubilee year on Saturday July 24 with the launching of the school website.
The new website of the school www.nsmhighschool.com was introduced by the headmistress of NSM Kannada high school Sr Lucy Mascarenhas and launched by chief guest of the ceremony Alwyn Patrao, Lions district governor, 2009-2010.
Speaking on the occasion, Patrao appreciated the contribution of the office bearers and the management towards the cause. "Education gives us values, ethics and makes us humane," he said, and urged the students to enrol themselves on the website and stay in touch with their alma mater.
Francis Cutinho, president of NSM old students association and Sr Precilla Lobo, alumna of NSM high school distributed scholarships to deserving students. Meritorious students were honored with awards.
