TRANSLATING QURAN TO OTHER LANGUAGE IS "KUFR" (REJECTING THE FAITH) ACCORDING TO THE SCHOLARS MENTIONED IN THE NEWS. STILL THEY DID NOT WITHDRAWN THEIR "FATWA"(ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS RULING)ON THIS ISSUE.DID THESE SCHOLARS CHANGED THEIR VIEW IN THIS REGARD??
