Mangalore, Aug 21: Rising of Employme HR Solutions started in the year 2007 at Shalimar Complex Third Floor, Kankanady and has successfully employed lots of people in the last three years who were in need of job. Initially the company started with one member back in the year 2007, now the employee strength has grown upto 7 members.

Employme HR Solutions basically deals with employment services, we interview the job seekers train them and present them to companies for further selection. We undertake recruitments for IT(Software/Hardware), ITES/BPO, Banking/Insurance, Share broking, Manufacturing/ Engineering, Telecom/Services, Hospitality, Health Care/Pharma companies even upto the senior management level.

Now, for the last four months we are targeting the rural sector, we conduct job fairs in the rural parts of Karnataka and recruit candidates for food and garments manufacturing companies in Bangalore. We provide the candidates with free training and ensure that the recruiting company provides free accommodation and food for the employees. The candidates receive a stipend of Rs 4,000 pm in their training period of three months and there after will receive a salary hike depending upon their skills and performance. This is the programme we undertake as a social service to facilitate and provide equal employment opportunities for the rural people. We have still a lot of opportunities available for
people who are qualified between 7th to 10th std.
