Bantwal, Jun 21: "Prime Minister Modi has directed to vaccinate corona warriors on priority. Meanwhile, their families are being vaccinated in stages,” said Bantwal MLA Rajesh Naik.
He was speaking after setting in motion the vaccination camp for the families of the police personnel at Rangoli Hotel in BC Road.
“It is possible to lead from the front as the government ordered the vaccination of government workers on priority,” he said.
BUDA president, Devadas Shetty, DySP Valentine D’Souza, Bantwal police station inspector, Cheluvaraj, rural police station inspector, T D Nagaraj, town station SI Avinash, rural SI Prasanna, traffic SI Rajesh, taluk health officer, Dr Deepa Prabhu and others were present.
