Udupi: Sand Sculpture of Lord Ganesha Conveys Message of Peace

Udupi, Sep 11:
  The city-based artists of Manipal Sand Art and Artists Forum made a sculpture of Lord Ganesha at Malpe beach near the Arabian Sea, here on Friday September 10, with the message ‘Let us Unite for Peace’ on the occasion of Ganeshotsav.
 


Srinat Manipal, Venki Palimar and Ravi Hirebettu, all sand artists of Manipal Sand Art and Artists Forum, created the sculpture in association with Corporation Bank.
 
The sculpture attracted the attention of thousands of tourists and locals.
