Mangalore: 'Heart Beats' to Mark Heart Day Released at Vijaya Karnataka

Mangalore Sep 25: “Heart Beats”, a book related to heart problems was released at Vijaya Karnataka office here on Saturday September 25.

The book has been  written and co-ordinated by Yogish Holla and was released by district in-charge minister Krishna J Palemar.

Speaking on the occasion, Palemar said that the table top book should be in everyone's house to educate people on heart problems and can eradicate some blind beliefs regarding heart problems.

Speaking on the occasion Holla said that 28-page book will be given free with the Vijaya Karnataka newspaper on Sunday September 26 in north and southern parts of the state. The book contains information on diet and lifestyle for the people suffering from heart problems among others.

Ramakrishna of VK response department, Navaneeth Shetty Kadri, RMD, response department assistant manager Saketh Bhandary and local corporator Madhu Kiran were present.
