Bangalore, Sep 26: Former Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy urged Governor H R Bhardwaj to direct Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa to drop the minister whose corporator-son is allegedly involved in the KIADB scam unearthed, recently.
Kumaraswamy who called on Governor at Raj Bhavan on Saturday September 25 told presspersons that Lokayukta N Santosh Hegde had himself made it clear that the son of an influential minister was involved in the scam by KIADB officials, who had shown government land as private land and released compensation worth crores.
Kumaraswamy mocked at the CM's silence on the issue as the same CM had dropped Ramachandra Gowda from the cabinet for an issue which Kumaraswamy considers “petty”.
