The tragedy happend is very sad news, but the people must take care of them when the train is approaching. Motor man cannot control the train because if he thinks of one life he may be responsible for more people who is in the train. So this is neglegence of people who were willing to graze their animals at the time of train. So people must care of their life near the track and not to blame the motorman. thank you daiji.
