Mangaluru, Sep 29: MLA U T Khader has severely denounced the moral policing incident at Surathkal. Speaking on Wednesday September 29, he said that the misdeeds of anti-social elements and rowdies have increased in the district.

He further said, “The police department has become helpless due to pressure from the ruling party. The rowdies are having a go.

“The police department should not honour the talk of the political parties. Police should respect the law. Unknown people assault the children of strangers. While people assault in the presence of police personnel, the video of police personnel pleading not to assault is becoming viral. Where are the lathis in the police department?”

“People are likely to go around with lathis if the police department gives up their lathis. What case is registered by the police department against the accused? Will anybody send their children to work here if they come to know that rowdies are beating them on the road? Police should have filled them with faith and courage. But the accused get arrested in the morning and released in the evening on bail. I had not given room for such things when I was the minister. Rowdies were afraid in the past. Congress party completely cooperates with the police. Rowdies and anti-social elements should be dealt with properly. They are anti-social irrespective of their religions. They are the real traitors of the country,” he said.

This will continue and will not have respite. As our state is now filled with employees from other states. Be it MRPL, Infosys, Mphasis, IT, SEZ, Construction, Banks, etc., etc. How many locals got employment. Nothing. One magazine called one IT company anti-national. Now we should all the Public sector enterprises/Private listed companies are anti-Karnataka. Our politicians also due to their narrow political goals encourage these people without giving them any respected employment and employ them for such nefarious activities.
