Mangaluru, Oct 30: The anticipatory bail application moved by advocate K S N Rajesh, who has been accused of sexually harassing a law intern, stands rejected by the sixth additional district and sessions court here on Friday October 29.
In this case, the court has granted bail to Dhruv, Mahalaxmi Hegde Shivananda who were arrested in the case. Anant Bhat, who was arrested on the allegation of helping Rajesh to remain elusive, was released on bail on Thursday.
Two complaints were registered in the women's police station here relating to sexual harassment in the office of the accused, on October 18. The accused is at large since then.
