Mangalore: Mob Lay Siege to MSEZ Office

Mangalore, Jan 5: The people affected by the process of land acquisition for Mangalore SEZ (MSEZ) laid siege to MSEZ office in Urva Store here on Wednesday.

More then 400 protestors gathered near the office and demanded for justice.

Victims claim that they have neither been compensated nor been given any employment as promised by MSEZ. Later the officials assured that the problems of the protestors will be addressed at a meeting on Januray 7.
