Mangalore: Passenger Dies in Government Bus

Mangalore, Jan 7: A passenger traveling in a government bus, KA 19 2170 lost his life on the way on Friday January 7.

The bus was on its way from Vittal to statebank, here. When the bus reached Padil a passenger who was seated next to the deceased reported about it to the bus conductor who immediately called the police.

The deceased is around 38 years of age and did not possess any address proof with him. He had boarded the bus from Vittal and taken a ticket to Mangalore.

The Kadri police have registered a case under Unnatural death category and his body has been taken to Wenlok hospital for postmortem.
