Udupi: Siblings' quarrel ends up in death of elder brother

Udupi, Mar 18: A quarrel between brothers over issue related to house, ended up in the death of elder brother. This incident occurred at Kabyadi Kamblakatte of 80 Badagubettu village near here.

The deceased is identified as Balakrishna Naik (43). He had some differences with his younger brother Dayanand relating to their house. On March 16, around 6.30 pm altercation started between both over the same issue. Accused Dayanand hit his elder brother Balakrishna with machete. Balakrishna died due to profuse bleeding from the head injury caused by the machete.

Manipal station inspector Manjunath, station officers Rajashekhar Hondale and Sudhakar Tonse did the spot verification. Social worker Nityananda Volakadu provided ambulance to transport the body for post mortem.

    Now he can enjoy the House.He killed his elder brother and he will never have peace with it .His blood will cry for justice .Never raise your hand over your brother .In old testament also brothers had indifferences.and killed his brother.Why quarrel ?take a third person as mediator when indifference is there.So that no harm is done.So sad may his soul rest in peace.Heartfelt sympathies to his family.He might be repenting it now .But too late.
