Bantwal: MP Nalin Kumar Kateel visits Nagabrahma Subrahmanyeshwara temple

Bantwal, Apr 8: The Brahmakalashotsava is being held at Badanadi Nagabrahma Subrahmanyeshwara temple near Rai here on April 10 under the leadership of temple tantri Nadwantadi Sripada Pangannaya. MP Nalin Kumar Kateel visited the temple in the evening on April 8.

Meanwhile, MLA Rajesh Naik Ulipadiguthu inspected the break wall and Theerthakere works being conducted at a cost of Rs 50 lac approved by the small irrigation department. Temple trustee K Sundara Holla explained the background of the temple.

Renovation committee president Durgadas Shetty Karekinje, managing committee president Ravindra Poojary, Brahma Kalashotsava Committee honorary president Raja S Holla Pathumudi, executive president Santhosh Kumar Chowta, BJP leader K P Jagadish Adhikari, Rai Gram Panchayat president Rathna Anand, vice president Rashmit Shetty Kaithrodi, former president B Dayananda Safalya, Harish Acharya, Dombaya B Arala, Rajesh Govindabetta, Sharath Kumar Koila, Ananda Buralu, Yamuna Thimmappa Poojary, Nalinakshi Mohan Badanadi, Santhosh Kumar Bettu, Prabhaker Prabhu Karpe, Dinesh Suvarna Rai, Ramachandra Shettigar Annalike, Devappa Kulal Panjikallu, Mohan K Sriyan Rai, Vasanth Gowda Mudlaje, G Sundara Bhandary, Yogish Alpelu, Umesh Gowda Manchakallu, Umesh D M Arala, Madhukar Bangera, Chandappa Moolya, Sandesh Madiwala, Jagadish Koila, Avinash Antara, Sukesh Chingalachil, priest Nagesh Rao and others were present.

Music Vidwan Venkatakrishna Bhat, Saptaswara Melodies' Umesh Kotian and Mavinakatte music team performed Bhajans on as part of the Brahmakalashotsava.
