Mangalore, Feb 13: Rajinder Sachar, former president of People’s Union for Civil Liberties (PUCL) and former chief justice of Delhi High Court visited the prayer hall at adoration monastery here on Sunday February 13.

Condemning the report of Justice Somashekara Commission he said that it failed to give proper judgment on the issue. The Christians who were upset with the Commission’s report should take the matter to the High Court which might be in their favour, he added.

This is his first visit to the monastery, here. PUCL members Harsha Raja Gatti, David D’Souza, Robert Rodrigues and Catholic Sabha’s Ivan D’Souza among others were present on the occasion.
