Bantwal: Solemnity Marks Annual Feast of Nithyadar Parish

Bantwal, Feb 25:
The annual feast of Nithyadar parish, Salethur, near here, was celebrated with solemnity on Wednesday February 23. 
 
Bantwal deanery vicar and Modankap parish priest Fr Roque D’Souza concelebrated the festal Holy Mass along with Salethur parish priest Fr Vincent Machado and other clergies on the occasion.
 

Fr Roque, in his homily, stressed the virtue of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour in order to build strong Christian families.
 
Nine-day novenas were held in preparation of annual feast on Wednesday. Over 1,500 devotees were present during the festal Holy Mass.
 
Fr Machado thanked the congregation and conveyed festal wishes to the devotees after the Holy Mass.
