Bagalkot, Jun 7: In a hard to believe but true incident reported from Kulahalli village near Rabakavi-Banahatti in the district, an elderly woman spent four days with a snake believing that it is her late husband who has arrived in the form of reptile.

Sharada Monesha Kambara is the elderly woman, who lived with the snake as if it is a family member for four days. She was saying with villagers that it is her husband who died two years ago.

Four days ago, a snake sneaked into the mat in Sharada’s house. She did not panic at all. On the contrary she said that it is her husband who has arrived in the form of snake and no one should cause any harm to it.

Villagers had a tough time convincing the elderly woman about the dangers it may pose. Finally, Sharada agreed to take the snake from her home by the villagers.
