Congratulations and good luck Sri Kamath. You have a tough assignment ahead.Sardarji doubled the banks business from 20000 crores to 40000 crores and thereafter Sri Mallya took it to 86000 crore making the bank a mid sized one. There after there is slow pace of growth in last three years.Bank has a history of best/friendly service rendering among south based banks and has a great potential for growth.MSRB recruits of 70s and 80s are retired /on the verge of retirement and there is a need for infusing new blood in to workforce.Once again good luck Sri Kamath.
