Mangaluru: Skaters of Hi-Flyers Skating Club bring laurels to city

Mangaluru, Aug 29: The skaters of Hi-Flyers Skating Club have brought laurels to the city. Dashiel, Daniel, Tanmay and Rushab participated and won in the third National Ranking Roller Skating Championship 2022, held at Jodhpur, Rajasthan from August 25 to 29 conducted by the Roller Skating Federation of India, India Skate.

Dashiel Ashiel Amanda Concessao won tree gold medals in the 15 km road elemination, 1000 mts road and one lap road in the 14-17 age category.

Daniel Salvadore Concessao won two bronze medals in 15 km road elemination and 10 km in point to point race in the above 17 category.

Tanmay M Kottary won three bronze medals in 15 km road elemination, One lap road race and 42 km marathon in 14-17 category.

Rushab Manjeshwar won one silver medal in the 100 mts runnning in 14-17 category. They are training under the coaches Mohandas K, Jayaraj Kukkian and Arshad Hussain at Francis Doris Skate City.
