Shahanaz Riyaz, For your kind information, the translation that you are talking about is Divya Quran which was translated by Late Noori Saab and Gafaar Saab...... A.S.Puthige, edited the same over 10 years ago and it was published under Noori Gafoor saab’s name itself . A.S.Puthige did not take any credit for it ... This is totally different from the above translation . In fact, it is in a simpler and easier to understand for common people without much knowledge about Islam. This translation has been published only a year ago .... Giving credit wherever it is due is a very rewarding habit that is exalted by Almighty and hats off to A.S. Puthige for the hardwork and sacrifices that he has put in to make this blessed deed possible......I agree with Yogitha completely, the purpose is spread Almighty's message and Puthige has undoubtedly done justice to that command!

    shahnaz riyaz,
Who ever might be the original translator according to you, each one has thier own views to express Almighty's messages. Spreading a good message is a noble work. Its not about who is original or who is the best ..its all about his views and his ideas to express Lords message in a simple language, simple way where even a normal person of other religion understands Almigthty's message in a better way and this could help him in his daily life to lead a peacefull and honest ,humble life. Me hailing from diffrent religion always wanted to know about Quran the preachings etc...this book has made it easy and simpler to know about the greatness of Allah. I feel blessed that i got a chance to know about the preachings about Holy Quran.
