Daijiworld Media Network - Kasargod (SB)
Kasargod, Nov 5: Daijiworld readers have always demonstrated their benevolent gesture and joined hands in helping the needy wholeheartedly whenever we have highlighted the dismal condition of people and families and the financial help they need to overcome their hard times. This time too, our readers have risen to the occasion and helped a 10-year-old girl Ancita Monteiro, a resident of Kudreppady, Kasargod.
We, on September 29, had published an article about Ancita being diagnosed with Cholelothiasis termed as dilated pancreatic duct intraductal calculi. As per doctors, a surgical correction and specialized treatment will help Ancita. The parents were in dire need of financial help for Ancita's treatment costing up to Rs 5 lac.
After reading Ancita's plight, our readers have contributed Rs 5.4 lac for her treatment.
Daijiworld thanks its esteemed readers for coming forward in helping and responding positively to the cause. We hope that our readers will continue to respond positively in our efforts to assuage the problems of the less privileged or those who are in dire need.
