    More economic prosperity is a
great thing to be proud about,
on the other hand, more broken
families are emerged in the society. From broken homes,
    broken hearted children are growing
up to be delinquent and criminal
    in nature.

"Family Court" is the right step
and the court must have a group
    of trained marriage counselors
to help the families so that many
of the broken families need not have to step into the Family
court to settle the basic marriage
    problems.

"Family Values" is the biggest and best blessings that India has been bestowed upon. In spite of the population explosion, our family values have so far helped us to strengthen our family unity that in turn has solidified our society amidst all the cultural, social, religious as well as economic diversity.

We therefore strongly support the Family Court system not only in the City but also in our towns and villages so that family disputes, as and when develop, may be amicably resolved and a climate of peace and tranquility is witnessed in our daily endeavour of life. The family that stays together also tend to pray together. Obviously the united family will always try to pray together and stay together so that our daily stresses and strains are resolved peacefully and quietely, and the daily life of "Shanti" is shared not only within the four walls of the house, but also under one roof, the roof of a "humble Temple".

One can assume that family courts are like platforms where chances are given once again to husband and wife to accuse each other openly. Of course, the role of judge is to find faults between them and to seal their fates, duration of which might take many many years. During this unpredictable time, both of the parties may have to suffer along with their children.
It should be assumed that partners might have taken serious corrective steps, proper counseling prior to arriving to the family courts and must have failed repeatedly. Therefore, when family disputes enter the family courts, I don’t think so they come there with the intention to patch up between them but rather with a RAY OF HOPE if they could get divorce as early as possible. Therefore, best suggestion could be to enforce Also NO-FAULT DIVORCE LAW to speed up the genuine and matured cases who seek actual divorce. Finally, but most importantly the marriage life judges, advocates should be a highly successful and an exemplary one lest it could be hard to achieve the desired results to bring peace and compromise through the family courts.

Family foundation is very essential for a healthy society. A single divorce will create more problems for their children, as well as elders. There should be more and more awareness programmes to lead a healthy family life.
