Udupi: Dr M T Reju Takes Charge as Deputy Commissioner of Dist

Udupi, May 23: Dr M T Reju has taken charge as new deputy commissioner (DC) here on Monday May 23. He was serving as deputy secretary in state staff and administrative reforms department in Bangalore.

Dr Reju belongs to IAS group of 2005 and earlier served as assistant commissioner (AC) at Tarikere in Chikmagalur district.

He hails from Aleppey district in Kerala. His predecessor DC P Hemalata was transferred to Bangalore as director of horticulture department.
