Udupi: Tetherfi Technologies Pvt Ltd signs MOU with dept of commerce, MAHE

Udupi, Mar 29: Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal and Tetherfi technologies Pvt Ltd, India signed Memorandum of Understanding at MAHE, Manipal. MAHE will train the employees of Tetherfi based out of all the locations such as India, Singapore, USA, Sri Lanka, Indonesia etcin the non technical subjects like soft skills including project management and design thinking, managerial effectiveness for aspiring leaders, and strategic leadership &business innovation.

MsJyotika Alva, director of Tetherfi said, “We are extremely pleased to sign the MoU with MAHE to train our employees, the Department of Commerce (DOC), MAHEhas talented faculty to impart the training that we are looking for”.

Laxman Shenoy, global HR manager at Tetherfi said, “Employees training is one of the important aspects of our company and we are pleased to have the partnership with MAHE on this, I am sure our employees will get highest level of training from the skilled faculty of DOC, MAHE."

MAHE registrar, Dr Giridhar P Kini said, “I am glad to know that Tetherfi focuses on employee development as a priority area and this will help the company and the employees in the long run. MAHE is pleased to sign this MoU."

Dr Raviraja N S (director of Planning & Monitoring, and Corporate Relations MAHE) said, “Let us explore collaborative opportunities in internship, placement and product development areas in the near future." Dr Vikram Baliga (associate professor, Department of Commerce, MAHE) spoke about the highlights of the MoU. Adithi Shenoy (Sr HR coordinator, Tetherfi), Dr Sandeep S Shenoy (HOD), Ravindra Shenoy (assistant professor senior scale), Aatmika Shetty (assistant professor) from DOCwere present during the signing ceremony.
