Kundapur, April 13: “Congress party moulds the lives of people and does not play with their sentiments. The BJP MP Shobha Karandlaje has forgotten her constituency. The government does not have an answer to unemployment, price rise and farmers' issues”, said advocate and thinker Sudheer Kumar Maroli.
He was addressing a public meeting here before the filing of nominations by Congress candidate Molahalli Dinesh Hegde.
Former MLA Gopal Poojary said that Congress should win in Kundapura again. “The party workers should be able to convince the voters,” he said.
“BJP is looting the people in the name of linking Aadhaar and Pan Card. Their promises made before the last elections have only remained on paper and as only assurances. BJP has become the party of only promises,” he said.
Congress spokesperson Vikas Hegde said Congress will come to power in the state. “Politics is not new to Dinesh Hegde. He has complete knowledge of the constituency and he will win,” he said.
