Udupi: 4 of family murder accused Praveen Chowgule's judicial custody extended

Udupi, Dec 5: The Udupi court has issued an order extending the judicial custody of Praveen Chowgule accused in Nejar family murder case, for 14 more days on Tuesday, December 5.

The accused had appeared before the judge through video conference on Tuesday.

Chowgule is currently housed in Parappana Agrahara jail.

Praveen Chowgule's judicial custody has been extended till December 18.

Praveen had brutally murdered four members of the same family in Nejar, including his flight cabin crew collegue, Ainaz, her sister Afnan, brother Aseem, their mother Haseena and seriously injured her grandmother Hajinabba on November 12.

The police had arrested the accused in Belagavi on November 14.

    How do you know he is mental and andh bhakt? The gruesome act he committed was premeditated and well planned. Secondly he is a Marathi manus, from a land where SS, MNS and NCP are dominant.

    Praveen will be awarded death penalty BUT he will spend years on death row + due to lapse in Indian judicial system it may take another decade for execution..killers of high profile murder cases still languishing in prisons later they will appeal for mercy from president.
