Puttur: Two students of St Philomena College qualify for National School Games Federation of India

Puttur, Dec 7: The students of St Philomena PU College, Thrupthi N of second year PCMB and Nikhil B K of first year SEBA secured first place in the state level Yogasana Competition 2023 and are qualified to the National School Games Federation of India, which will be held at West Bengal. The competition was organized by the department of School Education (Pre-University), Mangaluru at Udupi on December 1 to 3.

Thrupthi N is the proud daughter of Aithappa Naika and Padmala Kumari. Nikhil B K is the proud son of Balachandra K and Prameela G. Both are trained by their coach, Naveen B Keyyur and were guided by Elias Pinto and Rajesh Mooliya, physical education directors of St Philomena PU College Puttur.

The correspondent Fr Lawrence Mascarenhas, the campus director, Fr Stany Pinto and the principal, Fr Ashok Rayan Crasta congratulated Thrupthi N and Nikhil B K.
