Karkala: JCI Alumni Club organizes rural traditional game event in a mud-filled field

Karkala, Sep 5: A rural traditional game event in a mud-filled field was organized by the JCI Alumni Club with support JCI Karkala, on September 1, at Murattangadi Sannor for both JCI and non-Jaycee members.

The programme was inaugurated by JCI Alumni Club zone chairman, JCI senator Lokesha Rai K, who delivered the inaugural speech. The guest of honour and past zone president, Jc John R D’Silva, wished the participants well and inaugurated the muddy games court.

A highlight of the event was the honour of Beluvayi Parodi Guttu Kowshik Dinakara Shetty, the owner of the Kambala buffalos "Pakku" and "Chinkara." Additionally, three farmers were honoured for their outstanding work in the agricultural field.

JCI India National vice president, Jc Harshavardhan Reddy, visited the venue, inaugurated the volleyball match, and extended his best wishes to the programme. The zone president of zone XV, JCI senator advocate Girish S P spoke on the occasion.

Zone vice president Jc Vignesh Prasad, zone director of management Jc Abhilash B A and zone liaison officer Jc Satish Poojary were also present.

The programme was chaired by zone vice chairman-cultural exchange, JCI senator Samad Khan. All the events were coordinated by project director Jc Naveen Kumar, with support from project coordinators Jc Santhosh Kumar and Jc Ramesh Naik.

JCI Alumni Club Past ZD, Jc Abdul Jabbar, was the guest for the valedictory ceremony.

The various mud games for all age groups, including volleyball and tug of war, were conducted, and prizes were distributed.

Singing was performed during intervals by JAC members. Host president Jc Prachith Kumar, host secretary Jc Sushanth Shetty, the owner of Regency Hall, Ramesh Salian, along with members of JCI and non-Jaycee participants, were also present.
