Udupi: Trinity Central School celebrates Eid-E-Milad

Udupi, Sep 20: The richness and depth of celebrations express culture accurately. Eid–e-Milad was celebrated with full zeal at Trinity Central School, Perampally on September 17. Trinity family celebrates every religious feast without any discrimination. To celebrate the occasion of Eid-e-Milad, the students of grade 6 presented an astonishing programme.

It was a moment of pride, honor and a blessing from the Almighty to welcome the guest Abdullah, president of PTA, principal Fr Dominic Sunil Lobo, administrator Fr Ravi Rajesh, the staff and all the students of the Trinity family.

The programme commenced with a devotional hymn that acknowledged the mind, pacified the heart and replenished the soul and made all feel one with the divine. After which the students presented a short skit, followed by a song that soothed everyone’s minds.

Ashmitha of 6B shared a few words about the significance of Eid Milad, while symbolism of Eid Milad was expressed by Dhanvi Nayak of 6 C and Serafina of 6 A elucidated about celebration of Eid. The chief guest Abdullah in his address highlighted the importance of Eid and how it has become a memorable celebration for the Muslims all over the world.

In his presidential address principal Fr Dominic Sunil Lobo spoke a few guiding words to the students and then wished everyone Eid Mubarak. A special lunch was arranged for all the students.
