Daijiworld News Pages Now Available on Android


Daijiworld Media Network - Mangalore

Mangalore, Oct 23 : Upon requests from several mobile phone users and to keep up with technology, Daijiworld is pleased to announce the availability of Daijiworld news and other important sections on Android phones.

As of now only limited options will be available. We invite feedback from android users so that we can improve our services on android platforms.

Android users can download Daijiworld's 2 mb free android application directly from the Google Play Store on their phones by typing in the search word 'Daijiworld'.

Also, application can be downloaded by clicking the following link:

Very soon daijiworld will be available on iPhone platform also.

For all other users who would like to use daijiworld on their handsets, log on to m.daijiworld.com  and get text-only version of daijiworld news, obituary, cricket scores and exclusive sections.

    Congrates! gr8t work.. but still not satisfied....as Recipe, Obituary, Sandesh, Job etc columns are still missing. I feel it also should be added. and main/ latest news should be flashed on top.

    Other wise it is really nice... Hope you will take my suggestions.

    Congrats Walter and your team for the android app.Just a suggestion, if u can include Ticker news on the Top, whenever there is a genuinely Breaking news(Intl National and Local) it would be great and also I feel the Obituary column is missing. All the best.

    For some reason the download was not possible on my phone thru PC

    I think it would be a good idea if you can provide a link to download .APK file along with the above options.

    Also please mention the minimum version compatibility of this app. (ie 1.6 , 1.8 , 2.3 , 4.0) etc.
