Thiruvananthapuram, Oct 26: Pop singer Usha Uthup has made her debut acting venture in the Malayalam movie Pothen Vava.
In this movie, she has performed the role of a mother. Usha confesses that she really hesitated before accepting this movie offer.
But now, after completing the movie, she is anxious how audience would react to her performance.
Usha reveals that the anxious wait reminds her of her debutante singing experience 35 years ago, for the movie Bombay to Goa, with Amitabh Bachchan in the lead role.
She also commented that her character in the movie, named Vakkeelamma, is a wonderful one.
