It is so gratifying to witness young children of different ages coming forward to display their musical talents on the performing stage in Bahrain and compete with each other and prove themselves as winners. Frankly, each and every participant is the winner because their own initiatives added with their parental and community support means a lot for a successful group performance.

Our only observation is that, on competitive occasions such as these, we must try and invite some of the Bahrainy audience to witness some of our children's performance. It is always nice to invite the local school authorities for such occasions and give them a prominent seat so that they realize how much we value their presence. I remember, in the olden days of 50's and 60's many of the Alkhalifa family members used to take part in so many of our Tournaments taking place in the Bahrain Sports Club performances. We used to have a prominent member in our Club called Nakhuda Khunji who was a thorough Bahraini by blood but was very dear to our Indian community. Nakhuda Khunji was the main spokesman for the occasion and the Alkhalifa family members took it as a honor to take part in our Club gatherings. We even used to have in the olden days "Kanoo Field Hockey" Rolling shield for the benefit of the Hockey game throughout the Sheeikhdom.

This is just a simple thought that we thought we would share with you. Thank you, and keep up the good work.
