New Delhi, May 12 (IANS): It was a clear Saturday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 26.7 degrees Celsius, one notch above the season's average, the Met Office said.
"Later in the day, the city may witness dust/thunderstorm along with squall. The sky will be cloudy," an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.
The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 42.8 degree Celsius, three notches above the season's average.
The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 59 per cent.
On Friday, Delhi recorded a maximum temperature of 42.8 degrees Celsius, a rise of nearly five degrees Celsius over the previous day's temperature.
