Dubai: 'Konkani Milan' A Total Sell Out - Artistes Promise Vibrant Show

Dubai, Nov 27: With just a few hours to go for the much awaited 20th anniversary show of UAE’s leading Association , Mangalore Konkans Dubai, , the organizers of the show informed daijiworld.com that all the tickets for the show have been sold-out. No tickets will be available for sale either at the venue or with the members any more.
Valerian Peris, coordinator of 'Konkani Milan' , Mangalore Konkans' 20-20 event told daijiworld that, with the efforts of entire Mangalore Konkans team members, like any other events, it was not difficult to sell all the tickets for the show.
Peris appreciated daijiworld's non-stop coverage of the event right from the day of its announcement . He promised a magnificent show on November 28, 2008 at the Al Nasr Leisure land, Dubai
"The show will start sharp at 5.00 pm on Friday, as we have plenty of entertainment events, novelties, dances and important and attractive family contests. Hence we cannot afford to delay the start of show" he said.
He appealed to everyone who have acquired the tickets to be at the venue latest by 4.45pm.
All the performing artistes have arrived and trial rounds have been rehearsed . They are all confident of taking the show to a new great level.
Young Ester Noronha, up-coming singer Ashwin have flown in from Mangalore, Anceto, musician Normal and female heart throb Valanca have arrived from Goa.
Apart from the visiting artistes ,local singers like Ratan Castelino, Dony Correa, Asha Fernandes, Vijesh Peris will sing some hit Konkani numbers.
Dolla, as usual will tickle the audience with his “one man army” jokes . Manohar Pais, the most experienced compere is back after a long gap, to lead the event.
"Keeping in touch with Konkani events is really a great experience. Though I do not get many opportunities to compere such events due to my professional commitments, I always love to compere Konkani events in front of huge gatherings. I am sure Friday's Konkani Milan is going to be a memorable one" says Manohar Pais.
