as a common man if I find any such vehicle should I inform police ? If yes, whom should I contact ? Because most of such vehicles are high end vehicle . . !!

This had been announced many years ago but not enforced strictly. Stickers which don't resemble government insignia are okay but the authorities should ensure dark tinted film on the vehicle. I've seen many fancy vehicles sporting dark tinted films going around the city with impunity. Most of them are registered outside Karnataka. Please deal them with a firm hand.

Very good thinking. Also kindly keep more traffic police officers near Zebra crossings. People find very difficult to cross the road. Try to fine heavily to the vehicles of the drivers who do not stop.

To prove competency, the police department should arrest the kingpins of drug mafia in the district and block the inflow of drugs to the city.
Order to remove stickers seems to be silly!!!
