Would like to bring to notice of Akshay Hakay & district admin that several Sethoos from Gujarat operating from hotel rooms all along coast & having established network in villages are running an illegal business of hand loans & their forceful recovery with extremely high interest rates from poor people. These Gujjus are not permanently based here nor have registered entities but have large black amounts at disposal. Kindly start operation to identify them & their links with local gujju businesses having village network
