Mangaluru, Sep 16: Bank of Baroda corporate office has launched a dedicated web portal – ‘Pension Saarthi’ for the central and state government pensioners receiving pension through Bank of Baroda on September 12.

The portal was inaugurated virtually by the bank’s executive director, Ajay Kumar Khurana. The inaugural session was addressed by the chief general manager- retail liabilities, marketing & government relationships and PSU business, Purshotam.

The executive director said that this web portal will provide one stop solution to all the pensioners at the ease of their home and therefore it is named as ‘Pension Saarthi’.

This portal facilitates the pensioner to view all the details related to their pension payment, can submit life certificate, download Form 16 and pension slip as well. Pensioners can also lodge their grievances/suggestions and get redressal of the same within a short period of one to three days.

The function was graced by the general manager, government relationships and PSU business, Sammita Sachdev, all zonal and vertical heads of the bank.
