Puttur, Sep 17: In yet another instance of vigilantism, Hindu Jagarana Vedike (HJV) workers objected the behaviour of a Hindu girl and Muslim boy, selling household products from door to door. Police subjected both to inquiry. This bizarre incident occurred on September 16.

The Muslim boy and Hindu girl were in a team selling household products for a local and Kundapur native owned company and were residing in a PG accommodation at Padil.

Out of the selling team a Hindu girl and Muslim boy were walking together on Tenkila road in order to sell the products. HJV workers accuse that their behaviour while walking on the road was not proper. Hence, they informed the matter to police.

Puttur police station personnel let the duo after inquiry and coming to know that they are sales persons of a company.
