Udupi: Modi Patha screened by town BJP as part of birth anniversary of PM Modi

Udupi, Sep 20: As part of prime minister Narendra Modi’s birth anniversary, the Udupi town BJP had organized Pradarshini, a life journey of Modi at Clock Tower near service bus stand here on Tuesday, September 20.

Modi’s life and administration were exhibited through a street play performed by professional artists.

Kuylady Suresh Nayak, district president, BJP Udupi inaugurated the Modi Patha. In his inaugural address, he said, “Modi Patha means the path of Modi in his life so far. Modi patha is a way to Hindutva. It means meeting and developing even the last person of the society. It is the way of the Vishwa Guru. Modi Patha is the way which directs the citizens of India. The thoughts of Modi, make us proud. I wish they would do more such developments and let India shine as a ‘Vishwa Guru’ in the entire globe."

The artistes from Crazy Guys Team Udupi, performed a dance to a patriotic song.

Mahesh Takhoor, town BJP president said various programmes were being conducted on the occasion of Modi birth anniversary. The town BJP is also organising various awareness programmes as part of the Seva Pakshika campaign.

Raghavendra Kini, district BJP spokesperson, Mattaru Ratnakr Hegde, president, Coastal Development Authority, Sunitha Nayak, president CMC, Shivakumar and Srinidhi Hegde, spokesperson, Veena Shetty, president, Mahila Morcha, Manohar Kalmady, president, Urban Development Authority, Suprasad Shetty Baikady, Kuthyaru Naveen Shetty, Shreesha Nayak and others were present.
