Mangaluru, Sep 21: The high court of Karnataka has annulled the restrictions imposed on Sri Rama Sene founder Pramod Muthalik's entry into Dakshina Kannada (DK) district.

Pramod Muthalik had moved the high court questioning the restriction imposed on him from entering Dakshina Kannada district.

The high court which heard the case under Justice M Nagaprasanna transferred the case to the district magistrate and ordered suitable action be taken under the law on the issue. The court ordered that the restrictions ordered by the commissioner of police on Muthalik's entry into the district had exceeded the period of ban on his entry and had lost its value.
