Udupi: Manipal police arrest 11 persons for consuming ganja

Udupi, Oct 3: Police arrested 11 youths on September 28 from the vicinity of Manipal on the accusation of consuming ganja.

The arrested accused are Nityam, Aryan, Mohammed Abdullah, Sarfraz Ahmed, Kevin Peter, Akshay P, Sachin S Pai, Akshay, Venkata Ganesh, Daiv Milind and Pradyumna.

The arrested youths were subjected to forensic examination at KMC Manipal and it was confirmed that they had smoked ganja.

Manipal police are investigating further.
