Bengaluru: State level exam for fifth, eighth grades?

Bengaluru, Oct 8: The state government is mulling to hold state level examinations for fifth and eighth grades in order to increase the quality of school education.

This examination is not public examination. This is done in order to know the learning valuation. These exams will help to give special attention to students who are slow in learning. Special classes will be held for such students.

It is learnt that a meeting will be held on October 12 to discuss holding of state level examination for students of fifth and eighth grade as well the rule for failing students in examinations.
