Amal Allana, Arundhati Nag on CBFC New Members List

New Delhi, May 27 (IANS): Veteran theatre personality Amal Allana, journalists Pankaj Vohra and Shubhra Gupta and actress Arundhati Nag were Thursday appointed members of the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). There are a total 15 people in the new committee.

Last month well-known Bharatnatyam dancer Leela Samson took over from actress Sharmila Tagore as chief of the censor board, as CBFC is more commonly known.

Other members of CBFC are:

1. Anees Jung
2. Dipesh Mehta
3. Pankaj Sharma
4. M.K. Raina
5. Rajeev Masand
6. Nikhil Alva
7. Shaji Karun
8. Mamang Dai
9. Anjum Rajabali
10. Ira Bhasker
