Mangalore: Innova-Bus Collision Injures Five Air India Staff

Mangalore, Jun 12: As many as five Air India staff were injured when the speeding vehicle hit a bus parked on the roadside while on a curve near a bus stop at Yeyyadi-Konchadi here on Sunday June 12 early morning.

Innova was carrying the staff to the airport at Kenjar when the accident occurred. The injured have been identified as Rajatesh Poojary, Vipin, Poornima, Amitanand Shetty and Wilson D'Souza. Four of the injured have been admitted to the AJ Hospital.

The tourist car and the city bus no 33 with the name Subrahmanya have been mangled due to the impact of the accident. 

Kavoor police visited the spot.
