Mangaluru, May 20: A man, who was crossing the road at Alape apartment in the city, was killed when a bus ran over him on the morning of May 19.
Sudhakar Shetty was crossing the road in front of Alape Gallery apartment at around 5.30 am on Friday, when a bus hit him. As Sudhakar fell on the road, he received grievous injuries. He was taken to a private hospital immediately and first aid was administered.
Later, he was taken to Wenlock hospital, where the doctors declared him dead.
