Mangaluru, Jul 5: A land which was under cultivation and a house were inundated at Makyar, Talapady here due to heavy rain here during the last two days.

Rain water stagnated around the house belonging to Hameed at Makyar. The revenue officials said that the inmates were shifted elsewhere. A cultivation land in the low area nearby is completely inundated.

Talapady gram panchayat officials and revenue officials visited the area.
