Udupi, July 5: Sathyananda Nayak Athradi has been selected as the new president of Akhila Karnataka Janajagruthi Vedhike Udupi district.

Sathyananda Nayak will be the president for a term of two years from 2023 to 2025 of the Janajagruthi Vedhike which comes under Sri Kshetra Dharmastala Gramabhivruddi Yojana B C Trust. The Janajagruthi Vedhike covers Udupi, Bramhavar, and Kaup taluks.

Sathyananda has been serving in Sri Kshetra Dharmastala Gramabhivruddi Yojana from past 20 years. He was zonal president of Janajagruthi Vedike, member of taluk committee and member of district committee. Besides, he has served in various fields of Sri Kshetra Dharmastala Gramabhivruddi Yojana.
