Udupi, Jul 14: Vidyakumari took over charge as the newly appointed deputy commissioner (DC) of the district.

Outgoing deputy commissioner Kurma Rao welcomed the new deputy commissioner presenting a flower bouquet at the deputy commissioner’s office at Rajatadri.

Additional deputy commissioner Veena B N was present.
