Mangaluru, Jul 21: A KSRTC bus hit two-wheelers that were parked by the roadside on M G Road in the city on Thursday evening.

The bus runs between Kasargod and Mangaluru. The driver of the bus was in competition with another Kerala state road transport corporation bus. He drove the bus in a negligent and reckless manner from PVS junction to M G Road. He hit a scooter parked on the roadside, which fell on another bike that was parked nearby. As no one was sitting on them, there were no injuries or fatality.

Traffic police, who arrived on the spot, slapped fine on the two wheeler rider for parking the vehicle in no parking area and left the KSRTC bus driver scot-free. Public expressed objection to the behaviour of the traffic policeman.
